As the Office Manager for EndodonticsLA, Denise oversees the office operations and is committed to making our patients and their families experience in our office a positive one. Her goal is to incorporate the wealth of experience, knowledge and customer service skills that she has acquired to equip the team, to best serve our patients, referring doctors and their families.
Denise delivers the best patient experience- from the time of referral to completion of treatment, serving our diverse community. We embrace a philosophy of maintaining a patient-centered environment where empathy and kindness to patients are required. As the OM, Denise oversees team compliance with office policies and procedures while multitasking, tasks to completion, manage and handle all aspects of scheduling, insurance eligibility, benefit verification, treatment counseling, and billing; leading the team to achieve Dr. Shinn’s goals.
Denise has over 4 years of experience in development and compliance in dental non-profit management. Denise raised funds through grants to help provide oral health services to underserved populations in the Greater Los Angeles Area working for The Children’s Dental Center. Her experience there was rewarding and her passion for oral health grew tremendously by seeing the impact in the lives of the dentally underserved.
